A restorative just and learning culture: recent developments and what next?

In the summer of 2021 Amanda Oates and Dr Kristina Brown shared learning from ongoing work to grow a restorative just culture at the Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust.

Much has happened since, much of it captured in a 2022 publication Restorative Just Culture in Practice, Implementation and Evaluation, jointly edited by Amanda and to which Kristina contributed Restorative Just Culture in Practice | Implementation and Evaluation | (taylorfrancis.com) and a taste of which can also be found here: Restorative Just and Learning Culture :: Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust

We’re delighted to welcome Amanda and Kristina back to update us on recent developments, share future plans and talk about the evidence they’re gathering.

Tickets can be booked on Eventbrite
