Treasurer

We are seeking a treasurer to join our Trustee Board and lead on Mint House financial management, including:

  • Bookkeeping, management and annual accounts

  • Budget preparation

  • Payroll and pension contributions

  • Advice to the Trustee Board on the financial implications of current activities and potential new ventures

Your skills will be vital in ensuring our long-term viability and enabling restorative approaches to benefit everyone. This is a voluntary position, though travel or other expenses will be reimbursed. Local (Oxfordshire) knowledge and networks will be advantageous.

Trustees

We are keen to recruit more trustees to help us on the next stage of our journey.  There’s no need to have previous experience of being a trustee.  

The key things we’re looking for are:

  • a commitment to restorative principles and values

  • people who are able to get stuck in and make things happen

  • experience in one or more of these areas:  finance; fundraising; lived experience of restorative justice or practice.

We particularly welcome applicants with personal experience of restorative justice and/or practice.  Local (Oxfordshire) knowledge and networks would also be an advantage.
