We deliver accredited restorative training and bespoke programmes designed around the identified needs of teams and organisations. Our model explores 5 restorative themes and links them to daily work: Unique perspectives, Thoughts and feelings, Impact and harm, Unmet needs, and Ownership of Solutions.
Our offer includes whole-team training to embed restorative practice across workplaces, as well as open-access courses for individuals looking to build or deepen their practice.
