We are currently recruiting more trustees to help us on the next stage of our journey.
There is no need to have previous experience of being a trustee and we are keen to recruit trustees from diverse backgrounds including diversity of age, culture, and experience.
Applicants should:
display a commitment to restorative principles and values
be ready to think strategically and willing to contribute constructively to Board discussions and decision-making
enjoy working collaboratively
be open to learning and reflective dialogue.
We also hope that new trustees will bring one or more of the following:
personal experience of restorative justice or practice as a participant or facilitator
skills and experience in fundraising/income generation; community development; communications; or supporting organisations through early-stage growth
sector-related knowledge and networks (e.g. criminal justice, health, housing, education, children’s social care, lived experience).
Local (Oxfordshire) knowledge and networks will be an advantage.
Please read the information linked below for further details. You can also contact Joy (Communications and Events Officer) to arrange an initial informal conversation to discuss the role. The closing date for applications is Saturday, 14 February 2026.
